50 states, the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico and Saipan.
Our knowledgeable staff can design and prepare the contract forms,
including drafting or editing existing forms, research state regulations,
assist in the development of rate schedules and/or rule manuals,
disclosure forms, Flesch scores and completion of transmittal documents.
The completed submission is forwarded to the client for mailing to the
state insurance department or directly to the state from our office. We
also have access to submit filings electronically via SERFF and prefer
this method due to the enhanced speed to market.
We have worked diligently to build strong working relationships with insurance department regulators
and analysts so that we can respond directly to their reviews and comments in order to negotiate the
expeditious approval of your insurance product.
Copies of your filings and approval correspondence are kept on file and will be available to you at any
time. We also offer 24/7 secure access to your files via the Internet.
We work closely with several consulting actuaries that we can recommend if needed.

We offer assistance in obtaining Certificates of Authority (COA) for insurance companies wanting to
write business in a new state, and in adding lines of business to a COA. We can provide assistance in
the filing of a risk retention group.
We can assist in preparing and filing and managing general agent agreements and/or agency
appointments and licensing.
Licensing and/or registration of service contract obligors and/or administrators involved in automobile
or brown/white goods are another area of our specialty. Experience in filings with Secretary of State
Offices or Departments of Insurance.

We are registered with each state’s Department of Insurance to receive timely bulletins and regulatory
